The Crown has established the house of Lords, in it are a collection of the richest and most powerfull lords of Braddia.
The House holds 12 Lords, 2 seats are given to family of the Royal Family and 10 are given to the most powerfull Lords.
The House of Lords can pas laws and resolutions but the King can do that to without them and cant overrule everyone of them even veto them. The King can take a seat of the Lords away.
The House of Lords are given authority to make new ideas because the King has more to worry about.
