WHO IS THE RED MESSIAH?
This pamphlet has been produced by the Most Holy Congregation Salvation Press Office, and is designed to answer some questions and misconceptions you may have regarding the Saviour of Humanity, Our Red Messiah.
WHO IS THE RED MESSIAH?
The Red Messiah is a divine being, who has watched over Humanity for thousands of years. The Red Messiah created Humans, and thus He is the father of all Humans.
The Red Messiah was particularly interested in the nation of Sirdovia, and gave a Sirdovian called Adineas knowledge of His Glory. Adineas recognised His Divine Authority, and founded the Divine Church of the Crimson Hand, a church dedicated to His worship.
Recently, Adineas was shot by communist agents, who refused to accept His Word as the truth. Adineas died, and Humanity's link with The Red Messiah seemed lost.
As a result of Adineas' slaying, the Sirdovian Civil War began between the communists and the corrupted Church. Thousands of the faithful were killed by the communists. The communists were attacking His Holy City of Red Throne. Humanity seemed lost.
Then, the Red Messiah came down to lead us. He inhabited Adineas' body, and emerged from his crypt. Those who stood outside immediately realised that the Red Messiah had returned, and dropped to their knees in reverence. News of the Our Saviour's descent spread through Red Throne, and the faithful soldiers became imbued with righteous determination. The communists, desecrators of His Holy City, were driven out in an unstoppable offensive.
The Red Messiah purged all the heretics and traitors from the lands that He still controlled. This included the corrupt Divine Church of the Crimson Hand, which was disbanded. In the place of the Church, the Most Holy Congregation of the Pure was established by the Our Saviour, functioning as both a church and a state.
The Red Messiah leads His Congregation as a divine king almost single-handedly. Various offices take care of administrative matters, and His Most Holy Inquisition keeps order and purity in the Congregation.
WHAT DOES THE RED MESSIAH WANT FROM ME?
The Red Messiah is the god of all Humanity, and loves us all. However, there are certain conditions to entering His Most Holy Congregation. Firstly, it is required that you worship no god but Him. Our Saviour is the one god of Humanity, and His authority is aboslute. Secondly, it is required that you commit yourself to total purity of thought, body and action. This means that all things unclean to Him, such as thoughts of blasphemy, must be purged. Only through purity can we reach closer to Our Saviour.
Third, His Word is to be considered law. To contradict or oppose His Word is heresy. His Will is all. Thankfully for those who do blunder, it is also His Will to give all heretics a chance to repent and accept the Red Messiah as their master.
These are the main conditions to joining His Congregation, and any member of His Most Holy Congregation will readily tell you that the benefits of His Love far outweigh the costs. It will quickly become a pleasure to serve His Will, rather than a burden. This is because Our Saviour's Will is ultimately what is best for all of us, and that which advances His Will also advances Humanity.
DOES THE RED MESSIAH RESPECT OTHER RELIGIONS?
Contrary to what many think, the Red Messiah respects other religions. This is best demonstrated by the Church of Whurrl. In that faith, the Red Messiah is the son of Whurrl and the goddess of war. It is this link that demonstrates that His influence is felt through many religions, regardless of their interpretation. Both nations' acceptance of the Red Messiah has resulted in mutual harmony and prosperity between them.
As for religions that do not recognise His Glory, the Red Messiah is sympathetic to His Children. In His Wisdom, He understands that ignorance comes before knowledge. Our Saviour gives all of us time to realise that His Will is all, and that His Glory is eternal. Once one of His Children realises this, they become a part of His Congegation.
DOES THE RED MESSIAH HATE NON-HUMANS?
Due to the misinterpretation of His Word by the Divine Church of the Crimson Hand, it is widely believed that the Red Messiah is xenophobic and hateful of races other than Humans. Historically, non-humans have often threatened Humans. Thus, the Our Saviour has sent us to war against them, as in the case of the Orcs in the Golden Crusade of the Red Messiah. However, the Red Messiah does not hate non-humans.
The Red Messiah created Humans, and so we are His Children. Because of this, the Red Messiah is more interested in us, and more loving of us. However, He does not consider non-humans as monsters or beasts. He simply does not love them, and does not have a plan for them, as He does for Humanity. Non-Humans are not holy, like Humans are.
Many other races are resentful of the Red Messiah's love for His Children, and make war upon them. Thus, His Children are wary of other races, and those races are normally not allowed within the borders of His Most Holy Congregation.
IS THE RED MESSIAH A CRUEL LEADER?
The Red Messiah has been accused of being a cruel, vicious leader. This is mainly due to the purges carried out by His Most Holy Inquisition.
The Inquisition purges all heretics, and thus protects the faithful. Through His Inquisition, Our Saviour protects us.
This works in the same way as a father protecting his children. When the children are surrounded by those who would kill them, the good father fights back the attackers, saving his children. When his children are told lies, the father corrects the lies and punishes the liars.
Through His Most Holy Inquisition, the Red Messiah does these same things. It is not cruel to protect one's children, so it is not cruel for the Red Messiah to maintain His Inquisition. It should also be noted that whenever a heretic is caught by the Inquisition, they are given a chance to repent, and accept the Red Messiah as their leader. Yes, the Red Messiah is merciful to even His enemies. If the heretic is willing to repent and accpet the Red Messiah as their saviour, they become a part of His Congregation. If they are beyond salvation, they are forever beyond His Love, and are destroyed. They are destroyed to ensure that the faithful are not harmed by their lies and treachery.
WHAT IS THE RED MESSIAH'S PLAN?
The Red Messiah loves Humanity, and so He wants what is best for us. The Red Messiah leads us, as His Wisdom is far greater than that of any mortal. Thus, He has given us the greatest possible leader. Who better than the god of Humanity to lead Humanity?
It is the Red Messiah's plan to lead us for an indeterminate amount of time, and is usually given as one hundred thousand years. However, such is the depth of His Love for His Children that it is quite likely that He will never leave us.
